Vesting: 10% unlocked at TGE, 3-month cliff, 90% over 12 months linearly.
Marketing Round (15% @ $100k):
Purpose: Initial traction and engaging Key Opinion Leaders to generate volume from 4% tax to buy more containers. The more collected in taxes, the more containers can be supplied simultaneously.
